Project description: The Contract for “The management of contract for the adaptation of A2 motorway, Konin-Stryków section, to the toll motorway standards, including the supervision over construction works”.

Under the said Contract, supervision and management services are aimed at ensuring a smooth Contract implementation in respect of works performance. The tasks include administration and coordination of all activities connected with this undertaking, starting from the stage of works performance and ending on the defects notification period and works settlement stage. The Contract is executed under FIDIC Conditions of Contract and binding Polish Construction Law.

In more details, the scope of works includes design, execution of works, completion and delivery of all appliances, handing-over for use and assuring proper operation of:

  • toll system
  • system of emergency communication
  • motorway maintenance network at the “Wartkowice” interchange and “Stryków II” station
  • system of traffic control, management and operation

Planned date of Contract completion: 30 months as of the date of awarding the Contract
