Place of work: Warsaw
The person employed will be responsible for:
- complex organisation, coordination, and supervision over the implemented designs
- management over design teams and subcontractors
- design’ budget and schedule control and supervision
- reporting works progress to the company’s Management Board and Partners
Requirements:
- higher education: technical and/or economics
- at least eight years of experience in management over construction designs
- very good computer skills (especially Excel and Word)
- team management skills
- highly developed analytic and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of written and oral English
- knowledge of construction law
Additional assets are:
- construction qualifications
- knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions
- knowledge of MS Project
