Project description: The Project covers construction of a water main under Modlińska Street, which will enable improvement of effectiveness of water supply from Northern Pipeline to the city.

The Project is co-financed from public funds (including from the Cohesion Fund resources). The objective of the Consultant’s contract is the technical, administrative and financial management of Works Contracts.

The management will include, but not be limited to, organisation, supervision  and coordination of the contractual investment process, performing the Engineer’s duties as laid down in FIDIC Conditions of Contract, rendering services of the investor’s supervision inspector pursuant to Polish law, in particular Building Law, drawing up reports, financial settlement of the Works Contract according to the requirements of the Employer, the managing and intermediating institutions.

Project deadline: 30.11.2010 (including the defect liability period and preparation to the final report approval)
