Investor supervision over execution of the A-8 Wrocław circuit construction

Contracting Party: General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, branch in Wrocław

Project description: The project includes two stages – revision of the contractual documentation and providing supervision services for the needs of Wrocław circuit highway construction. The contract is going to be performed in three phases:

Phase I (Part I) – Terminal between "Kobierzyce" from 0+000.00 km to 2+489,45 km and A8 highway from 1+603.81 km to 13+500.00 km

Phase II A (Part II A) – construction of a bridge over the Odra River with access flyovers on the section from 18+174 km to 19+960 km along the A-8 Highway Wrocław Bypass,

Phase II B (Part II B) – A8 highway on the section from 13+500.00 km to 18+174.00 km and from 19+960.00 km to 28+368.75 km, S8 expressway section from 0+000.00 km to 0+500.00 km in the “Pawłowice” interchange, and “Długołęka” terminal from 0+575.00 km to 6+235.85 km

Within the scope of the highway construction the following works will take place:

  • construction of a new section of a two-lane highway, 26.765 km long
  • construction of a one-lane connector “Kobierzyce”, 2.489 km long
  • construction of a two-lane connector “Długołęka”, 5.660 km long
  • construction of 7 conjunctions: Kobierzyce, Nowa Wieś, Cesarzowice, Lotnisko, Kosmonautów, Widawa, Pawłowice
  • construction of 41 bridge objects
  • construction of access roads along the highway
  • reconstruction of technical infrastructure equipment
  • construction and installation of an SOS Highway System, and a highway information system
