Project description: The subject matter of the order is a service for performing Contract Engineer function over performance of works related with modernisation of Al. Jerozolimskie at section between Zesłańców Syberyjskich roundabout and ul. Łopuszańska, including task III – construction of “Łopuszańska – Kleszczowa” grade separated interchange with reconstruction of ul. Krańcowa.

The Contract is based on rendering services related with management, control, and supervision over execution of a Contract for Construction Works, encompassing among others as follows:

  • reconstruction of main carriageways of Al. Jerozolimskie
  • sewered crossing with a main island operated with traffic lights
  • two direct link roads over the crossroad, including two flyovers

The Contract term is divided into two stages:

Stage I – encompassing works performed in the period preceding the commencement of the construction works and the term of Supervision over works pending by the time of their completion as well as settlement of the Contract for Construction Works – estimated time: 24 months

Stage II – encompassing supervision over the defects notification period for construction works – estimated time: 36 months;
