Project description: The main aim of the planned project is arrangement of water and sewage economy across the city of Toruń.
The contract covers providing services in technical aid in two stages:
- Stage I - elaboration of tender documentation and investor cost calculation for execution of construction works performed acc. to RED FIDIC regulations within the contracts: construction of water supply system and sanitary sewage system across Pancerny, Bielawy, and Kaszczorek housing estates in Toruń, construction of water supply system and sanitary sewage system across Wrzosy and Toruń Południowy housimg estates in Toruń, construction of a pretreatment plant for storm water: K-II, K-III, K-V in the outlet to the Vistula river
- Stage II - a consultant in the tender procedure for selection of a Contractor
The subject of the project is to prepare three complete tender documentations with announcements and a supplement to the tender and technical documentation held by Toruńskie Wodociągi with elements crucial for announcement in a regular manner an unlimited tender for construction works for contracts: “Construction of a water supply and sanitary sewage systems across Pancernych, Bielawy, and Kaszczorek housing estates in Toruń”, “Construction of a water supply and sanitary sewage systems across Wrzosy and Toruń Południowy housing estates”, and “Construction of a pretreatment plant for storm water K-II, K-III, K-V in the outlet to the Vistula river”.
For “Construction of a water supply and sanitary sewage systems across Pancernych, Bielawy, and Kaszczorek housing estates in Toruń” and “Construction of a water supply and sanitary sewage systems across Wrzosy and Toruń Południowy housing estates” contracts it is necessary to elaborate the following:
- Technical specifications, information on security and health safety, investor cost calculation and expenditure cost calculation for the period of investment execution, specification necessary for documentation elaboration, work schedule
- Terms of reference with announcements
- Elaboration of missing documentation necessary to transfer the construction works to the Contractor, according with the Contractor’s previously prepared specification
- Participation in the clarification procedure of terms of reference and potential appeal proceedings
For “Construction of a pretreatment plant for storm water K-II, K-III, K-V in the outlet to the Vistula river” contract it is necessary to elaborate the following:
- Technical specifications, information on security and health safety, investor cost calculation and expenditure cost calculation for the period of investment execution, specification necessary for documentation elaboration, work schedule
- Terms of reference with announcements
- Elaboration of missing documentation necessary to transfer the construction works to the Contractor, according with the Contractor’s the previously prepared specification
- Participation in the clarification procedure of terms of reference and potential appeal proceedings
