Strategy for Development of Intelligent Transport Systems in Poland

Project description: Subject to a loan received from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development no. 7384 – POL, the government of the Republic of Poland plans to allocate a part of the loan to finance consulting services in respect of “A Study for the Ministry of Infrastructure on the Strategy for Development of Intelligent Transport Systems in Poland”.

The Contractor shall perform works over “The Development Strategy …" in three stages, with Stage I currently pending:

Stage I
Task 1 - Analysis and evaluation of the current status for applying the applications pertaining to Intelligent Transport System in Poland and leading European countries in this respect, development opportunities, preliminary analysis of environmental impact outcomes, as well as performing the SWOT analysis;
 
Stage II
Task 2 - Proposition of the development strategy regarding Intelligent Transport Systems in Poland;
Task 3 - Construction proposal regarding the national ITS architecture with a division into stages;
 
Stage III
Task 4 - Implementation program regarding Intelligent Transport Systems and the national ITS architecture in Poland;
Task 5 - Appendices to the “Development strategy of the Intelligent Transport System in Poland " document
