Project description: The project includes preparation of the design documentation for tram trackage modernisation, pavement at Plac Wolności and 3 Maja Street at its total width with small architecture elements, green elements along the street, lighting, drainage, and supporting infrastructure:

The study should include:
  1. land development concept for the area included in the design dossier
  2. design dossier including all required sectors:
    - construction design including the specification of construction works with obtaining of the building permit for the investment implementation
    - detailed designs
    - works take-offs
    - information about safety and health protection, should it be required by separate regulations
  3. technical specifications for performing and taking-over of construction works
  4. investment cost-estimates
