Project description: The order includes the stage of a Multi-Sector Conceptual Design, i.e. the elaboration of a multi-stage design dossier including:
  1. multi-variant and multi-sector programme and spatial concept
  2. construction design
  3. detailed design

The order includes the preparation and obtaining of:

  • environmental impact assessment report
  • materials to apply for issuing the environmental requirements decision
  • materials to apply for public trust investment location
  • preliminary site and legal surveys,
  • multi-variant and multi-sector programme and spatial concept along with a cost balance index,
  • construction design,
  • detailed design
  • technical specifications for performing and taking-over construction and assembly works
  • works take-offs and investment cost-estimates
  • performing traffic noise measurements

The order applies to the project/programme co-financed from the EU resources, in relation to the European Regional Development Fund/ Cohesion Fund.
