On 02.03.2011 the contract was signed for: The elaboration of a comprehensive design documentation including the general and detailed design, as well as completing of formal - legal and geodesic documentation for the undertaking entitled: "Construction of the Intercity Road to Dąbrowa Górnicza - stage I - connection of the Intercity Road in Katowice with the Western Bypass of Mysłowice and modernisation of engineering structures”. The contract was signed with Silesian Voivodship acting in the capacity of the Employer.

On 14.02.2011 the Road and Transport Authority from the region of Łódź signed with us a contract for the Elaboration of a multi-variant concept of extension and construction of Szczecińska Street on the section from Aleksandrowskia Street, towards south, to the city border in the area of Pancerniaków Street as well as from Wojska Polskiego Street from Strykowskia to the slip road of the road No. 72 ("Łódź Teofilów” interchange), together with specification of conditions regarding drainage, lighting, engineering structures, light signalling systems, removal of clashes with underground and ground infrastructures as well as obtaining decisions on environmental constraints.

On 13.01.2011, the contract was signed for the elaboration of the general and detailed design of the extension of the voivodship road No. 764 Kielce - Staszów - Połaniec in Raków town, 2.5 km long, upon the order of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship Roads Authority in Kielce.

Pursuant to the decision of the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Economic Division of the National Court Register of November 29th, 2010, on November 30th, 2010, an entry was made to the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register of the merger of „EGIS Poland” Sp. z o.o. company and the company bought by it at the end of the year 2009, CGM Projekt Sp. z o.o. On the date of the merger, i.e. on November 30th, 2010, the company of „EGIS Poland” Sp. z o.o. entered into all rights and duties of the acquired company of CGM Projekt.

On 17.10.2010 the contract was signed for the elaboration of the general and detailed design for extension of the national road No. DK91 on the section Tczew – Czarlin, upon the order of the General Directorate of the National Roads and Motorways, Branch in Gdańsk. |

16-17.09.2010
 On September 16-17th, 2010, Ms. Anne-Marie Idrac, French Minister of State to the Minister for the Economy, Industry and Employment paid a working visit in Poland. The visit became an opportunity to promote the experience and know-how of French companies, in particular in the field of infrastructure, transport and energy. During her stay in Poland, Ms. Idrac visited the construction site of Czajka sewage treatment plant, being, along with the construction of the sewage transmission system supervised by Egis Poland, the most impostant contracts within a frameworks of the project "Water provision and sewage treatment in Warsaw".

 On September 8-11th, 2010, Krynica-Zdrój, the 20th Economic Forum took place, with an active participation of Egis Poland. This year, the Forum was devoted to opportunities stemming from the Lisbon Treaty. The General Director of Egis Poland, Mr. Frederic Nicolon, took part in the discussion panel entitled "Challenges to Poland with energy, transport infrastructure and telecommunication" organised by the French Chamber of Commerce in Poland along with the French Embassy, speaking about the necessity of modifying the government bodies' approach towards the projects financing by private capital.

Contract signing - sewage transmission system - Stage II |

On July 23rd, 2010, Egis Poland signed with the company of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji w m. st. Warszawie S.A. the contract for the Engineer's services for the project „Construction of the sewage transmission system from the left bank Warsaw to Czajka Sewage Treatment Plant" - Stage II. It is another task implemented within a framework of the Project entitled „Water supply and sewage treatment in Warsaw - PHASE III” covered by the co-financing from the Cohesion Fund, pursuant to the decision of the European Commission No. 2005/PL/16/C/PE/003 dated 9 December 2005r. Egis Poland already supervises the construction of Stage I of the aforementioned Project. The expected deadline for completion of construction works is 31.12.2010. |

July turned out a very fruitful month in terms of the number of contracts in the field of water-sewage economy signed by the company. On July 19th, 2010, Egis Poland signed with Myślenice Commune the contract for supervision over the execution of contracts for the construction of sewage system in Jawornik, Bęczarka, Borzęta (Krzyszkowice river basin), Zawada, Osieczany, Borzęta (Myślenice river basin) and Głogoczów as well as construction of a water pipeline in Trzemeśnia, Bulin and Górna Street in Myślenice, along with the construction of a sewage system and water pipeline in Łęki. Supervision over the construction works is scheduled for 42 months. |

On July 16th, 2010, the consortium composed of Arcadis (as a Leader) / Egis Poland / Egis Route Scetauroute companies signed with the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways the contract for "The management of the EU project for construction of S-2 exressway from "Konotopa" interchange to „Puławska” interchange, about 15 km long along with a 5-km section of the expressway linking "Lotnisko" interchange with „Międzynarodowy Port Lotniczy Okęcie” and „Marynarska" interchanges. Stage III: S-2 Southern Bypass of Warsaw – section from „Konotopa” interchange (the interchange excluded) to „Lotnisko” interchange (the interchange excluded) including the supervision of works.".
